Prints falling within a tolerance range of +/- 1 inch are considered acceptable and deviations within the tolerance will not be considered misprints and will not qualify for reprints or refunds from T-Shirts Etc. West Houston. T-shirts Etc. West Houston requests customers to communicate their expectations clearly before placing their orders. Discuss the design, desired placement if any, and tolerance guidelines. This will help manage expectations and ensure customers are happy with the final product. Turnaround Time Turnaround times are subject to shipping and production delays and start once the work order and mock-up are fully approved AND once the invoice is paid 50% and/or in full. Apparel Sizing All sizes 2XL and above cost $2.50 more for each corresponding size. For example, 2XL costs $2.50 more, 3XL $5.00 more, 4XL and up $7.50 more. A size range from toddler/youth-adult shirts could need multiple design sizes and results in minimums needed for each size. Policy for Items Brought In/Print-Only Garment Disclaimer: We aim for flawless prints, but occasional printing errors (like misprints or machine/human error) can occur. We cannot be responsible for replacing customer-supplied garments damaged during the printing process. In the event of a print error on your supplied item, we offer one of two solutions: 1) Either reprint the design for free on a replacement garment you provide. 2) Or refund the print cost for the damaged item. We are happy to embellish your personal garments, but we cannot accept items with an MSRP greater than $50. UNDER RUNS AND SPOILAGES We try our best for accuracy but allow up to 3% under-runs/spoilage for orders over 100 shirts, and 10% for smaller orders. Reprints will only be done for spoilage exceeding 10 shirts per design. Consider ordering extras! RETURNED CHECKS Bounced checks will incur a $30 fee. Credit Card Processing The invoice by default will be set for CC payment with a 3.1% processing fee.
