About the Role
The customer service portion will be tending and helping customers when they come in, this part will also help understand and learn the designing of the different apparel and products. There will be a range of helping customers adjust their design, creating templates, and sending designs out to whichever vendor. Tasks Include: Corel Draw , SOP Creation, Small Business Tasks(day to day)
Requirements
Any experience will help. If no experience, its all good as we all start somewhere.
