Terms and Conditions

We are constantly using our experiences and suggestions to improve on this page.

  • Work Order and Mock-Up Approval

Confirm the work order and mock-up sent in FULL for Accuracy. It is the customer's responsibility to check on content and image errors before approving the mockup.
Action required: Respond with "Approved" or what changes are needed.

Please note: Virtual mockups are only to provide a basic representation of what the finished garment will look like. Color is not representative of the actual ink color used. Item color and print colors may vary based on monitor resolution, settings, and other environmental factors and should be used for reference only. Electronic device screens vary based on color calibrations.


Once "Approved" From this point forward, items/apparel will be ordered and/or put into production; thus any cancellation will incur a 20% restocking fee and a 3.1% credit card refund processing fee.​

 

Printed "Approved" orders are not returnable or refundable for any reason.

  • Art Work

T-Shirts Etc. West Houston cannot be held responsible for the resolution of prints using any images not converted into vector files. Any picture files using pixels will be printed as sent.

T-Shirts Etc. West Houston has the right to refuse any print job they believe might infringe on copyrights, trademarks, or designs.

Not Responsible Disclaimer: T-Shirts Etc. won't be liable if you, the customer, provide infringing content. The responsibility to ensure copyright clearance falls on the customer/provider.

  • Print Placement and Tolerance

T-Shirts Etc. will use their industry knowledge and expertise to position the design for the best overall fit unless advised otherwise.

Prints falling within a tolerance range of +/- 1 inch are considered acceptable and deviations within the tolerance will not be considered misprints and will not qualify for reprints or refunds from T-Shirts Etc. West Houston.

T-shirts Etc. West Houston requests customers to communicate their expectations clearly before placing their orders. Discuss the design, desired placement if any, and tolerance guidelines. This will help manage expectations and ensure customers are happy with the final product.

  • Turnaround Time

Turnaround times are subject to shipping and production delays and start once the work order and mock-up are fully approved AND once the invoice is paid 50% and/or in full.

  • Apparel Sizing

All sizes 2XL and above cost $2.50 more for each corresponding size. For example $2.50 more for 2XL, $5.00 more for 3XL,and so on.

  • Apparels Brought into the Business for a print only job

T-shirts Etc. West Houston cannot and will not be held responsible for any inadvertent damage that might occur to the apparel during the print production process and/or for any human error and would not be able to replace the garments in that scenario. 

  • CHANGES TO A CONFIRMED AND PAID ORDER

Changes to confirmed orders will incur a $50.00 change order fee plus any addition on costs and may also possibly delay your order due date provided.

  • UNDER RUNS AND SPOILAGES

We try our best for accuracy but allow up to 3% under-runs/spoilage for orders over 100 shirts, and 10% for smaller orders. Reprints will only be done for spoilage exceeding 10 shirts per design. Consider ordering extras!

  • RETURNED CHECKS

Bounced checks will incur a $30 fee.

  • Credit Card Processing

The invoice by default will be set for CC payment with a 3.1% processing fee.

 

No-fee payment can be made using Check or Zelle (Email: orders@tsetcwh.com (enrolled as Clutch City Services, Limited Liability), or Cash.

  • GARMENT SATISFACTION DISCLAIMER

T-Shirts Etc West Houston inspects garments before printing, but cannot be held responsible for manufacturer defects. To ensure you have enough shirts for your needs, especially if the exact count is important, they recommend ordering 5% extra per size

  • PRICING

T-Shirts Etc West Houston reserves the right to update pricing without notice. If a reorder is requested, it is necessary for us to requote.

  • RUSH 

Rush fees (15-50%) are possible for faster orders. Subject to workload, product & artwork.

  • Ink Change

Ink change: $10/color (min 12 shirts). This applies when switching colors for the same design (e.g. yellow to red ink on black & white shirts).

  • QUALITY ASSURANCE

We triple-count shirts and inspect each garment, but mistakes can happen. Please check your order within 72 hours. We'll reprint errors on our dime but don't offer refunds

 

  • OUT OF STOCK ITEMS

We order garments after an order is confirmed with an invoice payment. If an item is out of stock, we'll suggest replacements for your approval.

  • Garment Disclaimer

We inspect garments, but can't guarantee manufacturer defects (color, stitching, labeling, holes, etc.). We recommend ordering 5% extra for exact counts when needed.

Color Consistency Disclaimer: Color may vary slightly due to manufacturer practices (sometimes garments are re-dyed)
